These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your use of this website (the "Site"), operated by Kontour Production Services ("we", "us", "our"), a production and touring company. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

This Site is provided for general information about our productions, tours, artists, events and services. You may view, download and print pages from the Site for your own personal, non-commercial use, provided you do not modify any content and you retain any copyright and other proprietary notices.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that show dates, venues, casting, running times, ticket availability and other production or touring details published on the Site are accurate and up to date. However, productions and tours are subject to change, postponement, cast substitution or cancellation, and we do not guarantee that any information on the Site is accurate, complete or current at all times.

Where the Site links to, or refers you to, a third-party ticketing platform, venue or promoter to purchase tickets or merchandise, your purchase will be subject to that third party's own terms and conditions, and we are not responsible for that transaction.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites (for example, venues, promoters, ticketing agents, artists or partner organisations). These links are provided for your convenience only. We have no control over, and accept no responsibility for, the content, accuracy or availability of any linked third-party website, and inclusion of a link does not imply our endorsement of it.

If you submit an enquiry, casting submission, booking request or other information to us through the Site (for example, via a contact or booking form), you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to share it with us.

We are under no obligation to respond to, act upon, or keep confidential any unsolicited submission, and we accept no liability for any use we make of unsolicited creative material, ideas or proposals submitted through the Site.
